The Hotel
Hotel Belén is located at the entrance of Colmenar, in the area known as Puerta de Malaga, a traditional crossroad in a time when there was not yet a highway and Colmenar was an obligatory place to stop for travelers.
In the hotel are 11 rooms, four with terrace, TV, air conditioning / heating, fully equiped bathroom ... Hotel Belén offers you the peacefull and relaxed rural environment in which it is located..

The hotel is just 30 minutes from Malaga, and there are two options to get there: through the motorway A-45 or via the A-7000, the road through the Natural Park Montes de Málaga. If you choose this second option a spectacular scenery can bee seen, and there are many places where you can stop to do a stroll through one of the many trails that cross the park. The historic city of Antequera and El Torcal are just 35 minutes away and Granada is at 1 hour.

The restaurant offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy authentic traditional and homemade food, being the ideal place for lunch or dinner with family, friends or your partner.
The varied menu of the restaurant is completed with seasonal dishes, offering specialties from Colmenar and Axarquía: migas (crumbs with garlic), chivo (goat), lamb, fried cod, snails, gazpacho, garlic soup, porra (cold vegetable soup)...

The restaurant offers a wide and varied menu of the day from Monday to Friday. In this menu you can also enjoy many of the specialties. Of course, also available as starters on the menu there are loin in butter (lomo en manteca), chorizo de Colmenar, and "guarritos" (fried ham with bread).
In summer enjoy the traditional gastronomy of Belen on the hotel's terrace, a perfect place for the cool summer nights.
